Body camera footage of a Los Angeles Police Department officer caught planting evidence on a suspect went viral as Steve Levine's defense of his client revealed the actions of a police officer slipping narcotics into a man's wallet, in plain view of other officers. The actions were captured by the officer's own body camera which he apparently did not know was recording at the time.
